Request the Cabinet Office investigate the role and conduct of Dominic Cummings.
To request the Cabinet Office undertakes an investigation into the conduct of the Prime Minister's Senior Advisor Dominic Cummings in respect of the Coronavirus regulations, his role in relation to the Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE) and his relationship with the UK Civil Service.
