Use Fishing bycatch for petfood to reduce waste

Additional Information

Fish by catch is thrown away, why not use the perfectly consumable food/protein source for pet food. This allows waste to be used up. pet food could be just described as fish and the species that are used now eg salmon or tuna could be used by humans instead.
