This is a petition for their to be put in place a force similar to 'animal cops' etc... that here in the UK its set in place and similar to the RSPCA but the main difference being is we wouldnt have to wait for police for a warrant of property etc.

At the end of the day the UK is over run with dogs/puppies/cats/kittens etc. the RSPCA are running out of placements and euthanasia of a healthy animal is being undertaken.. including battersea dogs home.


There needs to be another law enforcement available to arrest and search property of an owner.
