Making sure multiple e-petitions on same subject are combined
Looking through the list of e-petitions I see many are on the same subject, e.g. capital punishment, HGV overtaking bans to name but two.
The fact that many people are starting petitions on the same subject must highlight these as significant issues.
I propose that someone makes sure that e-petitions on the same subject are merged together.

There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
