review all penalty fines on families travelling for childcare during lockdown
Many reasonable citizens may have had fines imposed during lockdown when travelling for essential purposes to ensure adequate child care.
Government should review all penalty fines imposed on families travelling for childcare purposes during lockdown
Authorities and citizens may not have been fully aware of Government guidance and in the interests of fairness all fines imposed during lockdown should be reviewed

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Issuing and reviewing fines would be a matter for the police, not the UK Government or Parliament.
