Deport all migrants who come here illegally back to the first safe country
It is clearly stated in the rules that migrants must claim asylum in the first safe country they arrive in. They must have passed through at least 2 other safe countries before they get here therefore they must be sent back accordingly.
Having a policy of rejecting claims from all migrants who come here illegally and deporting all of them back to the first safe country with no exceptions is the only way to deter them from coming here.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
Under international law, it is legal for a person to apply for asylum in any country that has signed the 1951 Geneva Convention and to remain there until the authorities have assessed their claim. There is no requirement under the UN Refugee Convention for asylum seekers to claim in the first country they arrive in.
There is currently a mechanism in place under the Dublin Regulation to apply for a transfer in some cases, if someone makes an asylum claim but has already passed through an EU country, although these arrangements will cease to apply to the UK after the transition period.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
