Set up a public inquiry to investigate the breaking of lockdown rules by Ministers and Advisors to the Government.
"We are all in this together, if you have any symptoms stay home and self-isolate with the rest of your family" is a clear instruction

It is important that the public can rely on Government to set a good example by adhering to the rules they set
