Create journalism license
The current cycle does not work. The media needs reform and licensing.
Currently the media is not in control of creating an environment of fact and news. there should be a license system that if the media lies then that outlet looses the right to broadcast information. All the journalist loses right to broadcast on any thing UK from abroad as well unless they apply of one.
