Commission a study into the media’s role in exacerbating the COVID-19 epidemic
Government to commission an impartial study into the effect the media have had on the following during the COVID-19
Epidemic.
-Public mental health.
-public Compliance with rules and guidance.
-distraction from real issues.
-impartiality.
-dissemination of factually inaccurate information.
It’s clear to much of the general public that the media have played a massive negative role in this epidemic by pushing opposition agendas, presenting statical data in a way a misleading way and generally distracting from the real issues of the day.
The media companies may not believe it, but the general public have had enough of the above behavior and a study might reveal that the public may be better being addressed directly by government in a crisis.
