Petition Action

Maintain British Food & Animal Welfare Standards for Future Trade Deals & Import

Petition Details

Vote to make amendments to the Agriculture Bill which will maintain British food and animal welfare standards against import from the US. Protecting British farmers and Food producers who work tirelessly to produce high quality, ethical produce.

Additional Information

On June 10, MP’s have been whipped to vote down the amendments to the Agriculture Bill which will see the UK able to import meat from the US which is produced with hormones, subjected to lower welfare farming standards and cheaper in price because of these compromises.
British farming surpasses UK consumer requirements for animal care and it is vital that farmers and producers are supported in their ongoing efforts to continue this work.
Save British Farming and Food Production!
