give police the powers to give on the spot fines
I would like Parliament to debate the actions of groups of people who are abusing our countryside, our beauty spots, beaches and parks are littered with broken glass, barbecue burns and human waste, I would like them to give police, rangers, wardens etc the power to give on the spot fine
Over the past few weeks the debris left behind from groups of people, supposedly social distancing, fires from barbecues, broken wine and beer bottles stopping children playing and pets cut paws, livestock and marine mammals injured by either cut glass or discarded plastic. Bags and bags of rubbish have been cleared by volunteers who shouldn't have to clean up after these people. There is human excrement in the sand dunes, beside play parks and river banks as tourist and pub toilets are closed.
