Do not allow intereception of communications without a warrant.

Additional Information

Withdraw the curent proposed bill which would allow interception of a wide range of communications without a warrant, or amend to require a warrant.

Are the reasons for this interception really so flimsy that they can't be put before a judge? Judges can be on call 24/7 if necessary.
