Enable people with disabilities to fully contribute & participate in parliament.
MPs with disabilities and underlying conditions should be allowed to represent their constituents by being allowed to vote remotely in Parliament when the Government is advising they self-isolate.
MPs with disabilities and underlying conditions represent a significant proportion of society, and demonstrate leadership in contributing fully to society through working, paying taxes, and adding to the public good through their work in parliament. This is something which should be encouraged.
Our government should be leading by example to include and encourage diversity to fully participate in society, not leading on ways to actively discriminate against them.
