Free biannual passports for persons aged 80 or over
People aged 80 or over, who were not born before September 1929, and whose passports have expired have no option other than to purchase a 32 page 10 year passport. This is scandalous given that for many, aged 80 and over, their chances of ongoing foreign travel will be significantly reduced due age related problems, making it unlikely that they will benefit from a 10 year passport.
The Government should allow free biannual passports for all persons aged 80 or over.
