Returning charges from bailiff Companies

Additional Information

The bailiff companies charge the debtor far too much and expect the debtor to pay this on top of there original debt, the original debt can quadruple due to this and cause more distress to debtors, i would like to see bailiff companies return charges same as the banks do.
