Allow for Zoos to Reopen throughout the easing of Covid-19 precautions
Provided the Zoos are in adherence to social distancing measures (such as limited guest entry etc), allow for them to reopen.
Many Zoos across the UK operate as a conservation charity first and foremost - It is important that we support these.
I believe that if the likes of parks, beaches, un-necessary shops etc are reopening - Why is that that Zoos cannot reopen, especially if they have social distancing measures in place themselves?
Returning to the topic of conservation, for instance, Chester Zoo in the North West of England utilises customer income to assist in the conservation of endangered species abroad. Not mentioning also, the tourism towards the North of England as a whole attracted by this place, similarly with other Zoos.
