Change the law so all drive thru's print car registrations on it's packaging.
Amend the law so that it requires any UK restaurant with a drive thru facility to print the car registration of the customer on it’s fast food packaging.
There has previously already been a petition rejected by the Government in April 2016 which asked for car registrations to be printed onto the packaging of fast food. This petition was rejected by the Government on the basis that 'UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for this issue'. They stated that it would be a decision for fast food establishments and that for this change to take place, the law would have to be changed.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
