Allow zoos to reopen with social distancing measures in place
Zoos are predominantly outdoor spaces leaving no reason as to why they can not reopen with social distancing measures in place. As non-essential shops reopen indoors, this seems very unfair when zoos that are struggling can not reopen and we risk losing their vital conservation work to many animals.
Many zoos rely on revenue from visitors in order to stay open, it would be a massive shame to see these places close when they can reopen safely.
