Teach Britain’s colonial history as part of the National Curriculum

Petition Details

The National Curriculum aims to teach “how Britain has influenced...the wider world”, but the content taught is often whitewashed, framing Britain as a cause of progress. We must teach children about the history of the British Empire and how it exploited millions of people.
