telescopic lenses legalised for driving

Additional Information

I want the use of telescopic lenses to be legalised for use whilst driving. I want to everyone to have an equal opportunity to be able to have the freedom to drive and the government to legalise the use of telescopic lenses for people who need more than prescription glasses to be able to see at the required amount away from a number plate.
