Petition Details

Speak about the treatment of customers from Virgin holidays and other airlines and travel agents about refunds to customers. I am a customer of Virgin Holidays and cancelled my holiday on 18th March

Additional Information

It states in the terms and conditions 14 days. I am now at day 83 and still waiting. We are having no correspondence from virgin. I habe tried various emails. Phone lines have been switched off. No replies on whatsapp and now virgin are not responding to tweets or Direct Messages
