Compel Banks and Building Societies to close Bank accounts of the Deceased within a fixed time limit

Additional Information

We the undersigned would urge the Goverment to implement Strict Guidelines and a fixed time limit for Banks when dealing with account closures of the deceased. Too many Institutions take far to long to pay out money due to the Estate at a time of distress for many families.
