The election of the Mayor of London should be a national vote.
To alter legislation to allow for a national vote on who becomes the Mayor of London.
The Mayor of London, as the leader of the United Kingdom's capital city, represents all Britons as well as those who live within Greater London. The election should therefor seek the views of all Britons who reside within the united Kingdom.
