Re-open previously closed railway station

Additional Information

Reinstate some of the stations that were closed followng the Dr Beeching scandal. The aim is to reduce car transport and increase rail commuters as well as breathing life into towns that are currently not eligible for rail commuters.

A prime example is Wantage,Oxon.
