Create a New Bank Holiday on 5th July
To create a new bank holiday on the 5th July and continue annually. This date is significant in the history of the NHS and recent Pandemic where the country come together to clap for key workers.
The country has shown strength throughout the pandemic and has come together weekly to show their support to key workers across the United Kingdom. We should not let this go unnoticed and by adding a bank holiday for this annual event it will boost morale, make citizens feel valued and remember a time how we came out the other end strong and united as one nation.
