Petition Action

Stop historical statues from being removed from the country

Petition Details

Stop the removal of historical statues from the country and punish those responsible for damage to them

Additional Information

The statues are a reminder of our history whether it be good or bad. History cannot be erased by removing statues. We should learn from it. We should not give in to mobsters who have taken it upon themselves to damage and deface anything. Removal of them is condoning the damage of property because some don't like it. If we all did the same and demanded removal or damaged property because we don't like it or agree with it, or how it came about, there wouldn't be much left in the country.
