Extend the Help to Buy scheme past the 1st April 2021
To consider extending the current help to buy scheme past the 1st of April 2021.
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, this has caused the majority of new builds to experience delays on their construction site. This has had an impact of completion dates which in turn has an impact on which plots qualify for help to buy. This affects purchasers who have already reserved and those who want to reserve a plot using help to buy.
