Make it law that costs incurred due to protest is to be borne by the organiser/s

Petition Details

In small towns many people do not support or want protests. They are an unnecessary drain on local resources and an inconvenience to the local population. If the organiser/s have to bear the cost they will surely garner the support they need prior to holding the event.
