Demand diverse debate is held before removal of historical statues around the UK
As a democracy we cannot allow the statues to be removed without a debate to be held and the voices of the local people being heard.
Demand councils hold local diverse debates regarding historical statues and memorials within their local catchments before applying for their removal or relocation.
We need to do this for the future generation, we need to show that through history we have been and are a democracy and all voices are heard. We cannot pull down history off the back of one movement all need to be included and a true diverse debate need to take place.
