Include electric scooters as EAPC's
Electric scooters are currently illegal on public roads in the UK. They should be added to the EN15194 law. The same law that covers EAPC's, otherwise known as electronic bicycles
If this law were to be updated with the fashionable electronic scooters then we, as a country would have more chance of cutting carbon emissions in the future.
