Allow Community Service as an Option for Tax Payments for Individuals and Small Businesses

Additional Information

In this time of austerity when both individuals and small businesses are forced to meet rising costs, surely it makes sense for the Government to make use of the talents and services of its taxpayers.

In developing the "Big Society" this petition proposes that these taxpayers be given the opportunity to pay either a proportion or a whole of their tax bill with their time through community projects or Goverment franchises.
