Petition Action

Reparations for decedents of the enslaved and those impacted by colonisation.

Petition Details

We demand a discussion to be had on reparations for the descendants of those enslaved by the UK in the Caribbean. We also demand a discussion to be had on reparations being paid to those impacted by the UKs racist history, colonisation and imperialism.

Additional Information

The UK enslaved hundreds of thousands of people in the Caribbean. Britain was the most dominant between 1640 and 1807. The UK compensated slave traders and Onwership when slavery was abolished but never compensated the descendants of the enslaved - who actually needed and deserved the money! The UK has commuted horrendous crimes and colonised countries and continents. We want those impacted by the UKs vicious racist regime to Aldo be compensated.
