Introduce an on the spot fine of £1,000 for littering in National Parks.
Following the recent and continuing poor behaviour of some visitors to the Peak District, we feel a severe and immediate penalty should be available and indeed mandatory in all National Parks for such offences.
We need to break the pattern of repeat offence with harsh penalties. We have witnessed the same type of thoughtless, ignorant and horrible behaviour over and over recently with no sign of improvement.
