Ensure that all children get a hot meal each day
We urge the government to reconsider their decision to remove the meal vouchers for children who receive free school meals. Please sign and share if you believe that all children deserve at least one hot meal a day.
More than 1.3 million children in England rely on free school meals. Recently, families who were entitled to these meals had been given £15 a week per child to feed the children at home.
With millions now facing redundancy and job loses, some parents cannot guarantee they are able to provide their children with a hot meal each day.
Some of the most vulnerable members of society are now going hungry to ensure that their children have something to eat and in some cases, this is still not enough.
