Stop the tax loop holes. Make all companies that make profit in the UK pay tax

Petition Details

I want the UK government to make the Tax laws stronger to stop companies using loop holes ie registering companies in the Caymen Islands to avoid paying UK tax.

Additional Information

I think that all companies that trade and make profit in the UK should be subject to tax in the UK

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

While we understand you want to change the tax laws, we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. Companies are already required to pay tax on profits in the UK.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
