Traffic Calming Through Halling, Kent
Turrets it is with toll system, promising to shut it down once paid for and a one way system with parking on alternate sides to make slaloming through village more of a challenge. Oh and move some school huts opposite the Bell for the kids that are failing? Toll to cost the price of a Pint......
