Reverse the Decision to Scrap the Gender Recognition Act Consultation Results
Uphold planned reform of the Gender Recognition Act 2010.
The government held a consultation regarding the Gender Recognition Act, to which 70% of 100,000 responses received were overwhelmingly in favour of improving lives of trans people.
They have decided to scrap the results because they “believe the results were skewed by an avalanche of responses generated by trans rights groups.”
This is unacceptable.
