Urge the UK Government to abandon its plan to merge DfID and the Foreign Office.
To reconsider the decision announced by the Government that will lead to the merger of these two departments.
I believe that this decision will reduce the UK’s influence in the world and will, potentially, lead to decisions being made fir financial rather than humanitarian reasons.
