Petition Action

Extend the Expiry Date of Driving Theory Tests due to Delays from COVID 19

Petition Details

A lot of learner drivers can’t take their tests due to COVID 19 and may not have long left until their theory test expires so we would like this to be reviewed to allow theory test expiry dates to be extended

Additional Information

We want the government to do it because 3 months worth (so far) of the validity of the theory driving test because of lockdown restrictions not allowing driving to be learnt or tested. This is 3 months at minimum and the theory test is supposed to be valid for a full 2 years
