Implement The Recommendations of Previous Reviews Into Racial Inequalities.
The Government has announced yet another commission to examine racial inequalities. According to David Lammy MP, there have been 4 such reviews since 2017, his being one of them. We the undersigned say to Government and Parliament please act now and “implement them”.
To date, only a few, if any, of the 201 recommendations across the 4 reports have been implemented. The reports are Race In The Workplace 2017, The Lammy Review 2017, Deaths & Serious Incidents In Police Custody & Windrush Lessons Learned Review 2020.
