Start teaching Ethnic Minority History in schools from Primary years
I believe that the educational system is very ethnocentric. I believe that every race should learn about other history’s such as Black History as well as White British History. In my secondary school, they did the bare minimum celebrate black history months let alone teach it.
London is multicultural city! We have people of many different ethnicities attending the schools, so the schools should put black & other ethnic minority history back on the school curriculum! Not only would you be educating children about their culture and history you are giving other children an insight on the many cultures of the world.
