Ask the BofE to use QE funds to give NHS staff a £2000 bonus each.
If the Bank of England (BofE) implements a policy of Quantitative Easing (QE) of £100bn or more to stimulate the economy following the coronavirus crisis, ask them to use a small percentage of this to give each NHS staff member a £2000 bonus.
This will reward the NHS staff for the hard work they have done in difficult conditions during the coronavirus crisis and pump money directly into the consumer economy to stimulate growth.
