Review digital consumer law to include trading of digital games.
Review fair practice around consumers being able to buy and sell digital copies of games.
Our consumer rights act was drafted in 2015 offering consumers more protection when buying digital goods. However the percentage of games bought digitally since then has increased massively and now accounts for over 80% of all game sales.
