Yemen: Call for ceasefire and support 6-point pledge to end conflict and famine
80% of Yemen’s population are in need of humanitarian aid and protection after more than four years of War and conflict that has pushed Yemen and its health system to the brink of collapse. 2 million children are acutely malnourished and over 368,000 children under 5 are in need life-saving food.
The UK must act to protect the people of Yemen. The government must call for a ceasefire, the adoption of a new UN Security Council resolution, proper funding of humanitarian relief and investigation of alleged war crimes.
