Humanitarian intervention in Yemen
The government needs to stop supporting Saudi Arabia’s Military Campaign by stopping the supply of weapons and planes. Britain should have a humanitarian intervention, joining forces with the United States. Britain should help provide the basic necessities of food, water and medicine to Yemen.
Yemen is facing a civil war, famine and cholera epidemic while also fighting Covid-19, putting the country at risk of going extinct. The UK needs to stop supporting the Saudi Arabian Military Campaign which is causing the death of civilians. 1.5 million children are malnourished and in need of aid to survive. The UK must therefore intervene to amend this humanitarian crisis, providing the basic necessities to aid the population.
