Ban credit card surcharges

Additional Information

Proposal to ban all credit/debit card surcharges by retailers. If a retailer chooses to accept credit cards then they should absorb the cost of this service and not penalise the consumer for their choice of card payment type by levying a surcharge at the checkout.
