To allow safe motorbike only access and free parking by the River Dee, Chester. In between the Cafe at the Walls and The Groves.
For years bikers have parked up safely along this stretch of road to enjoy a day out, which also provides enjoyment to pedestrians. Please can the government intervene with current council plans to restrict access and issue fines to motorcyclists.
