Extend all Theory Test Certificates during this pandemic.
We want both Government and Parliament to extend all theory test certificates for those who have already had their test booked before the expiration date of theory certificate. The fairest way, is to extend our certificate by however long practical tests are withheld for.
We want both Government and Parliament to do this because they need to come to understanding that this whole situation is not fair on those who have tried to continue with learning to drive with then a pandemic getting in the way. They can not think it is acceptable to extend MOT's by 6 months, knowing it is an offence to drive in an unfit car under the Road and Traffic Act 1988. But, not extend theory test certificates in any manor, which is far less dangerous.
We all need to be treated fairly.
