To make burning of the Union Jack / our national flag illegal.
To make burning of the Union Jack / our nation flag by any parties illegal for which the person/persons would receive a prison sentence.
We currently have no law in the U.K. regarding burning of the Union Jack / our nation flag and as this is becoming more common the law needs to change.
