Save £900,000 by not painting plane red, white blue
Spending almost a million pounds to paint a plane during a pandemic and almost certain recession doesn’t seem to be the best use of public money. Please reconsider these costs and maybe put the money towards those who are suffering due to lockdown.
The number of people using food banks has risen. Unemployment is rising at record rates. Vulnerable children are unable to go to get an education. Whole industries face collapse. The Bank of England is pumping billions into the economy. Now is not the time to spend public money on painting a plane.
